Justin Ward recently graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with an MFA in photography. His photographic artwork explores various concepts revolving around the built environment. Previous to his MFA studies, he graduated from the State University of New York College at Oneonta with a degree in digital art in 2005 and went on to Teachers College at Columbia University where he obtained a masters degree in art education in 2008. He then spent five years teaching studio art, graphic design and photography at Millennium High School in lower Manhattan. Currently, he is teaching design in the Foundation Studies department at SCAD.
